Neil Treitman is the owner of Care Development Group, Inc., a consultancy firm that specializes in the repositioning and development of real property to provide affordable senior housing and medical office space. A focused program developer, Neil earned his credentials as a Certified Commercial Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM), in 1980 and holds a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Home Builders Association. With his unique combination of experiences and skills, Neil supports land owners, developers, contractors, and investors through the pre-construction phase of the development process.
Through reciprocity, Neil’s Real Estate licensure permits him to transact real estate business on behalf of his clients in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Massachusetts, and Nebraska. Over the last 40 years, Neil has provided leadership and support to organizations including Pacific Harbor Capital, Sun America Life Company, Cambium Wellness, Entra Health Systems, Innovative Holding Alliance.
His Specialties include: Facility Development, Real Estate Financing and Development, Analytics and Transaction Engineering. Neil’s other interest include integrative and alternative health care. He is an avid cyclist and sailor with proficiency certifications from both the US Sailing Association and American Sailing Association.
